Our smokers are factory-shipped with shelves of 1/4" mild steel rod. Stainless shelves are an optional upgrade on all of our smoker models. Both mild-steel and stainless-steel 1/4" rod shelves can be constructed for all of our legacy smokers. (Note, Up until ~Q4 2018, our smokers were shipped with shelves made from plate steel with laser-cut holes. We have a limited stock of laser-cut hole pattern shelves for our legacy smoker models. We try our best to keep inventory numbers accurate, however if there is an error we will refund any shortage on your order -- we won't be able to do a new production run of the legacy shelves.)
