Ideal for the tailgater, backyard cook, and competitive steak cooker, the highly portable and versatile 270 GS is a unique combination table-top charcoal grill & smoker! Key features:
Cooktop opening is a generous 21.75" x 14" and you configure your 270 GS cooking surface to your preferred cooking style! Stainless Steel 3/16" rod cooking grates (with integrated handles) are standard, however you have the option of selecting a combination of stainless rod grates, GrillGrates, or stainless rod Smoking Grate. A GrillGrate Griddle can be purchased separately.
Two side-by-side independent charcoal baskets can be readily raised or lowered, allowing you to control the distance between your food and the hot coals. In concert with a removable divider, these also enable you to quickly convert your 270 GS to a Smoker rather than a Grill.
Charcoal baskets each have integrated ash pans, making clean up a breeze.
Stainless Steel lifting tool is included to ease removal or repositioning of cooking grates and charcoal baskets.
Temperature is controlled with two rotating dampers on opposing sides of the main body, and a rotating chimney cap.
Meat probe access channels are integrated into the base
For ease of transport, the top disconnects from the base with a quick-release Wire Lock Pin.
Made in the USA with American-made 12 gauge steel, finished with durable high heat powder coat. Handles are Stainless Steel with hand-crafted Solid Cherry grips.
Removable Bottom is constructed of 10 gauge Stainless Steel.

The 270 GS is shipped in two boxes, with all hardware attached. Using two 7/16" wrenches, you'll simply attach the 4 feet.
