Join us at our rural retreat near Lexington, Virginia for our hands-on outdoor cooking classes and special events!  Our instructors are top-notch pitmasters and pit builders, having competed on the KCBS, FBA, ICBA, and NEBS pro-level BBQ circuit as well as at The World Food Championships.  We've got a passion for teaching you how to barbeque!
